En effet le 19 ao\u00fbt 1839, Fran\u00e7ois Arago (53 ans), au nom du gouvernement fran\u00e7ais avait acquis le brevet photographique de Louis Daguerre. Lors d\u2019une s\u00e9ance historique de l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie Sciences il s\u2019engagea \u00e0 <em>\u00ab\u00a0en doter lib\u00e9ralement le monde entier\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>La Phototh\u00e8que Rouergate, jeune association cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 2016, entend comm\u00e9morer cette manifestation par la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un \u00e9v\u00e8nement innovant \u00ab\u00a0La f\u00eate de la photo ancienne\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">17 h. Accueil des personnes souhaitant apporter ou donner des photos ou documents.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">17 h 20 Pr\u00e9sentation du diaporama\u00a0 \u00ab\u00a0La phototh\u00e8que Rouergate\u00a0\u00bb, puis \u00e9change avec les participants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">18 h.
